Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Twins Republic, we want you to feel confident and happy with your order. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, odours, perfume, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or signs of wear
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, or a deduction may be made from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check the fit, style and condition.

Please include your order number, full name and the reason for your return.
Once your return request has been accepted, you must send the item back within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges subject to stock availability.
You may request an exchange within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, odours, perfume, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or signs of wear
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
For your first exchange, Twins Republic will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.
If, after receiving your exchanged item, you are still not happy with it, you may request a return and refund, provided the item meets our returns conditions.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
If the item or size you would like is no longer available, you may request a return instead.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at:

If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Items Returned in Unsuitable Condition
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition.
This includes items that have been worn, washed, damaged, marked, stained, or returned with signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, odours, or other signs of wear.
If a returned item does not meet our returns conditions, we may send the item back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, marked, damaged, or returned in an unsuitable condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
